Effectiveness of Resources
Online Resources Online resources speak to material, applications and web pages that one can access to gain information. As an online facilitator it was necessary that my students were engaged during our classes. As I navigated the world on online teaching at the beginning of the pandemic many online resources were introduced to me through varying seminars. Here are a few resources I used as a teacher: Edpuzzle, quizizz.com, YouTube and my favourite Nearpod. Nearpod silver content list Nearpod Premium Plus Activity list The Nearpod application gave me the opportunity to keep my students engaged both synchronously or asynchronously with both activities and content, which made assessment relatively easy during classes. As an online student, when enrolled in my Coursera class, the chosen course didn't provide many applications because they were embedded in the website.
